If Morison and McCormack are out, will Habibou start for Leeds against Huddersfield?

It was the walking wounded by the end of the Peterborough game apparently. Who would believe it, Dirty Dirty Leeds roughed up by a bunch of Posh pansies from south of Birmingham. Revie and Bremner will be turning in their graves.

And poor Old Big Gob may have to change his team sheet for the Huddersfield game. He's kept the last one for so long, he's probably forgotten where he's put his pen! But why fix something that isn't broken, Warnock will say; and fair enough, until it's broken and you then realise that a few running repairs might have avoided a catastrophic seizure.

So if Morison and McCormack are ruled out of the Huddersfield game, who starts? Warnock turned to Diouf at half time last night, a strange choice when goals were needed. Surely it should have been Haribo; wasn't last night crying out for the goal hungry giant?

Yet strangely, even with just nine minutes remaining, the big number 22 was left sitting on his arse on the bench. If he's not good enough to play against Peterborough, you have to wonder why the club brought him in on loan in the first place.

Surely, if the two Ms are ruled out, Warnock must give his wild card a chance against Huddersfield.

  1. More importantly, oh great one, please tell us what the score will be. Surely with 3 draws on the trot now, God will intervene and give us a win ?

    1. Haven't done the stats analysis yet but at this stage I would predict a Leeds win, yes. 2-1.

  2. Any further thoughts on your racist fellow fans at West Ham?

    Silence is complicity.

  3. Normally read this for a laugh but its very true about not playing Habibou. He like anyone needs games under his belt, he's got to mix it up a bit. Don't forget playing Leeds at Elland Road is a cup final for the udders so they'll want a result here more than any other during the season.

    1. cup final your smelly crack! one of leeds biggest gates of last twelve months (including cup runs against chelski, spurs arses etc) was what? oh yes that small team from brighouse who "mean f*** all to us". And you only give us 2000 tickets, which we sold, and then papa smurf chucked us another 500 two days b4 ko. And yes, we will be coming for three points with absolutely f all to loose other than your play off spot.

  8. Warnock is a proud man. If Leeds get in the playoffs and if by some miracle go up, he'll take all the credit - every last drop. Should we fail he'll have all the excuses ready - as he has done all this season. In his eyes he is the only man who could have done this job. Don't expect any genuine show of humility, any heartfelt apologies. He'll find a way to blame the players, the refs, the finances, the club and the supporters.
The other option is to do a Capello - if the right excuse comes along.

  9. What a great evening in the freezing Yorkshire weather particularly the first 15 minutes of the first half. Shambles is being kind to Mr Warnock and the ten middle aged sloths (I exclude one shining light in young Sam). Huddersfield on Saturday should be interesting and I hope Warnock can raise a bit more enthusiasm and imagination than he did last night. Still, Colin’s love child Luke (fine pair o shoulders) tried his best, so did the midfield in trying to avoid the ball and all Leeds fans should have been excited with Rodolph’s return! Come Mr Warnock, even you must see that you’re past your sell by date and it’s nicer weather in Cornwall.

  10. I can see Habbibou doing a Somma and scoring twice on his debut. Been waiting for the lad to get a chance, I feel that he has a lot of pressure on his shoulders tho and previous signings have failed under pressure

    1. So applying your logic, you obviously do! But apart from you, nobody likes a know all, and as Leeds do keep proving, I do know it all!
