Wabara the Man City bait to catch Leeds United's Byram?

It's all rather convenient isn't it? Last month Man City were heavily linked with a move for Byram; now Leeds are supposedly after Unreal City's reserve, reserve, reserve right back Reece Wabara.

Now you can bet your life that no Leeds fans have ever heard of the guy, but you can also bet your life, wife, pet dog and mistress that the guy will be hailed a "great signing" should he be recruited.

Wabara for Byram? Don't worry guys, it won't be a straight swap. GFH Capital will simply gobble up the balance!

  2. The only bait GFH require is 12p in real money and a toffee crisp. I've no idea why you think they'll be asking for a real bona fide player too. Incidentally, you are a sweaty nob twiddler 100% gen.

  4. I am a leeds fan and heard of him so youve got that wrong.
The guy wont be hailed a "great signing" so you have that wrong.
GFH "gobbling up" the balance, probably right.
    But lets think of it slightly differently and probably with rose tinted glasses on;
    1. MacD might not rate Peltier, so requires back up for RB
    2. MacD might want to push Byram to RM, so needs a RB.
    3. May just need cover
    4. He is avaulable and we could make a profit on him if he has a good season

Either way, I trust the manager, he is a scout as well so time will tell.....

  19. News just in Andy Carroll has just been snapped up by Crystal Palace for an undisclosed 6 figure fee. Delighted with the move Andy was quoted as saying "Its finally happened and I am just glad I got to move to a bigger London Club. The deal clincher was not having to where those pink wet spam shirts any more. The ponytail just doesn't match the masculine feeling I got wearing pink every week". A disappointed West Ham manager did however reveal his first summer signing. "well we didn't actually have to pay a fee for him we just turned up at the new stadium and found him just running around. He has excelled at table tennis in the past and also tried american football". Forrest Gump the new man in pink was obviously delighted with his new club. "i was running and then this nice man gave me some chocolate."

Wow this is easy perhaps I should start my own blog. MOT 4 ever regardless of whoever!!!!!!

  21. Alternatively, GFH Capital will invest the balance in the players required for a promotion push. I can understand your pessimistic stance, after all you have been supporting West Ham for how many years? It has surely taken its toll!

  22. Lucky you didn't bet your life - the comments in your favourite news website seem to know who is!

Now, without using Google let's see if you know who he is?

  24. i have heard of him.didnt he play in the fa cup for oldham in one of the televised games?

  25. Does anybody else think we should let Byram go ? I think he's a good player but we could buy four top players who would give us the best chance for promotion !!!! One player doesn't make a team I don't think we need a full new team but some of the players that are just average or don't put 100% in should go

  29. Wet Spam - 'A Tin Pot Outfit'

West Ham have had a £14.5m bid for Sevilla striker Alvaro Negredo rejected, according to the Spanish club's president.

Jose Maria Del Nido said Sevilla were under no pressure to sell, having already agreed a £17m-plus deal with Manchester City for winger Jesus Navas.

"West Ham offered 17m (euros) with more in incentives but we do not value the offer and the player refused," he said.

The 27-year-old Spain international scored 31 goals last season.

At a news conference, Del Nido added: "He has four years left on his contract.

"He is at home here. He has scored a lot of goals and delighted us with his football."

However, he said the deal for 27-year-old Navas was "a great deal for both parties".

Sevilla finished the season ninth in La Liga but qualified for the Europa League because of European competition bans imposed on Malaga and Rayo Vallecano.

  30. Does anyone know why andy caroll hasn't signed a contract at west ham yet, despite w,ham and Liverpool agreeing a fee OVER TWO WEEKS AGO? Also, does anyone know why west ham would turn their attention and their wad of dildo money to a spanish striker in the same price catagory as caroll? Finally, why did this Spanish striker turn down a move to west ham despite being offered "incentives"? Incentives? "We promise you won't get racially abused at away games and you won't get mugged on tuesdays. Oh and as a joining gift, both you and your wife will receive a free rampant rabbit dildo for those lonely nights when you're playing away games. They've been wiped." clearly Negredo hasn't heard the new club motto "In it to win it".
